Social workers provide stress debriefing for C130 survivors
09/04/2008 Cebu Daily News THE Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) and the Lapu-Lapu City Social Welfare office dispatched social workers to Mactan Benito Ebuen Airbase in Mactan immediately after the C130 Philippine Air Force (PAF) cargo plane crashed near the vicinity of Samal and Talikod islands in Davao.
