Seminars on perfume, candle making set Cebu Daily News Posted date: May 12, 2009 THE Department of Scientific and Professional Organizations, together with the Department of Science and Technology in Central Visayas, will hold a hands-on livelihood seminars on perfume making and candle making. The seminar on perfume making is scheduled on May 22 and has a registration fee of P2,000. Perfume making includes signature perfumes, cologne, car fresheners and room fresheners. The candle making seminar covers floating candle, gel and scented candles with different shapes and colors. It will be held on June 8 and 9 and has a registration fee of P3,000.
