Trader ordered: Show ‘hot’ cars’ papers Cebu Daily News Posted date: November 20, 2008 REGIONAL Trial Court Judge Geraldine Faith Econg blew her top and castigated the lawyer of businessman Michael Nengasca for failing to show the registration of the 18 vehicles which he claims to own. In yesterday's hearing Econg said Nengasca wasted the court's time for failing to bring the documents for the vehicles seized by the Philippine Anti-Smuggling Group in Central Visayas (PASG-7) in a recent operation. Econg ordered Nengasca's lawyer Jessie Capoy to submit the papers to the court today. She also ordered PASG-7's lawyer Pedro Salva to present their motion on the transfer of custody of the vehicles to the Bureau of Customs (BoC) tomorrow. The 18 vehicles were seized from Nengasca, owner of Song Pa Motors Trading, from his warehouse at Sacris Extension, Mandaue City. orrespondent Ador Vincent Mayol
