He said the alert status will run until Monday, November 3, when most passengers return to Cebu City. Lopez said a sizable number of passengers already started flocking to the different ports on Monday. He said they expect most of the passengers to head to the ports on Thursday or Friday. He said passengers would be frisked and their belongings checked through metal detectors, X-ray machines and K9 dogs to determine the presence of explosive devices, firearms or drugs.
