VENICE-winning Filipino film “Engkwentro” has signed up a distribution deal with Hollywood firm Shoreline Entertainment. “This week, Shoreline will present ‘Engkwentro’ at the American Film Market,” said Pepe Diokno, director.
“As sales agent, it will be selling our movie outside of the Philippines.” Diokno said. He described Shoreline as a top film company. “It [also] bought this year’s Sundance winner, ‘La Nana.’”
