Artist's Statement
I have loved the ocean since I was child. It has been my main source of inspiration in creating my art. In this particular exhibition at the Alliance Française de Manille, I went by my immediate reaction to the venue: to bring the essence of the ocean into one joyful installation.
By this I wish to share with others what the ocean in its unique way has blessed me with through the years; feelings of shrill delight when it’s playful; feelings of inner calm when it’s still in its immensity.
Exhibit opens October 23, 2006 at 6:30 pm and runs until November 23, 2006 at the Alliance Total Gallery,Alliance Française de Manille. 209 Nicanor Garcia St. Bel-Air II Makati City
